Our principal, John Stoner, started Pacific Crest Real Estate in 2003. Today, the agency offers professional management services for multi-family properties in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap Counties. The staff includes numerous asset managers, bookkeepers, maintenance technicians, and resident managers.
